This command will completely clear out all SMAUG data structures and return SMAUG to the state it was in when it was first started up. The only thing that will not change is that if the AED display program was started at some time, then the AED will not be detached.

When this command is given the program will ask the user if he/she wishes to do a DUMP command to preserve the spectrum data that is presently in the program.
