About Me:
I'm the lab scribe and storyteller, a biology major who found his way to the Upper Midwest by way of a Stanford graduate degree in journalism and a stint science writing for The Dallas Morning News under the watchful eye of Tom Siegfried (now at Science News). In another life, I worked at Intel. I'm also nominally at the helm of the NSCL blogging project, so if you have a suggestion or comment about how we might do better, I'm all ears -- though I'd prefer you post it as a public comment on my blog.
