I'm a plumber, machinist, electrical engineer, vacuum technician, software engineer, code monkey, data miner and lab rat -- aka a Michigan State University physics graduate student with the HiRA group (that's the High Resolution Array) at NSCL. My thesis work involves constraining the density dependence of the symmetry energy in the nuclear equation of state.
