Science, Engineering, and Technology Day at MSU

Science, Engineering, and Technology Day provides middle school and high school students and their families opportunities to learn about the science and engineering departments at MSU. The NSCL offers a tour of the cyclotron laboratory.

What you learn: Lab tours, scientific demonstrations, major and career information, and MSU admissions information are available to SET Day visitors. “Food Science on Your Plate,” “Shake and Break,” “Live Television Production,” “Milky Way Legacy,” “Using Human Bone in Criminal Investigations,” and “Science Theatre in Action” are but a few of the topics offered to students and their families during a recent Science, Engineering, and Technology Day. The entire schedule is posted on the web several months in advance.
