World Year of Physics 2005

The National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory celebrates the World Year of Physics 2005. The World Year of Physics is endorsed by the United Nations. Activities around the world reach out to the public and communicate the excitement of physics to inspire future generations of scientists. Physics not only drives the development of basic science and technology but also significantly impacts on our lives.
The NSCL takes part in this celebration and offers programs and events throughout the year aiming at a broad audience.
