OK, time to wrap this up! Let's say the arbitrary deadline is next Sunday at 22:54:45 pm, and if nobody comes up with the magic missing beamlines we'll have to decide on some formula to determine wether Kathy or Micha won! notes: BEPC is not the right one, the lab is in China but not in Beijing... my hint was a little misleading. And #7 is not in the basement of any university, it's actually in a cave in the middle of a mountain. It turns out having a mountain as your roof is a pretty good shielding for the particles constantly raining from space (cosmic rays) that mess up our detectors.
