INFN (instituto nazionale de fisica nucleare) it's made up of a bunch of labs spread out across the dolce Italy. I was hoping someone could identify this particular one, but I'll cut you some slack and let you get away with that answer. You got Sao Paulo, but I'm not sure about BEPC and NAC (what do they mean?), since I found the labs with different names.
